We accept exchanges for an unused item with tags attached within 14 days from the purchase date.
Follow this steps:
1. Please print and fill the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM informing us that you’ll need, include the invoice and send the item back to us,
2. Once we receive your item, we will process your return and ship your exchange OR refund your paypal account. The process could take 3 - 4 business day.
3. You will be responsible for the shipping fees for the new item. I will send you an invoice via Paypal in the amount of $4.99 which will cover the shipping fees for the new item.
4. We have the right to refuse the item or refund if the item is used or without tags. If it is used once already, it will be consider used.

Return Policy: We accept returns for an unused item with tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. We will charge a restock fee of 5.00 for EACH item for U.S costumers and 10.00 for each item for international costumers. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made by PayPal upon inspection of the returned item. It may take from 3 to 5 business days to process the refund or exchanges. The total refund will be the original purchase price minus 5.00 // 10.00 for each item returned. We have the right to refuse the item or refund if the item is used or without tags.
- In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 3 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.
- In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
- We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind. Please read all description provided as a guide before you bid. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
